少し前、 熊谷のバー 「 パナセ （ PANACEE ） 」 と言うBARに行ってきました。接客がすごく自然で、居心地が良かったバーです。
中々熊谷に行くことは少ないので、備忘録として記録しておきます。

熊谷駅は夜でも結構明るいですねー。
街をウロウロ徘徊していると、バーらしき入り口が見えました。 ( ✧Д✧) ｶｯ!!

ん？ちょっとフランス料理っぽいネーミング。
ちょいとGoogle先生にて検索をかけ、調べてみるとやはりバーのようです。表のメニューを見ても間違いないことを確認。

Silybum marianum has other common names include cardus marianus, milk thistle, blessed milkthistle, Marian thistle, Mary thistle, Saint Mary’s thistle, Mediterranean milk thistle, variegated thistle and Scotch thistle.
This species is an annual or biennial plant of the Asteraceae family. This fairly typical thistle has red to purple flowers and shiny pale green leaves with white veins. Originally a native of Southern Europe through to Asia, it is now found throughout the world.
The seeds are used centuries for medicinal purposes. From the pericarp of the nub the substances for medicinal use are won. Silybin or a derivative is used in case of poisoning by amanita/death cap and fly amanita. “ (that says somewhat about the amazing medicinal abilities of Milk thistle)
