She felt like it would be rude not to ask before she drew something that would be similar to someone. What if they had somehow seen it and gotten mad at her? She didn’t want that to happen.

Indulging in her love for the rain was a rarity, and with both parents out of the house, Chiyoko took her chance to run freely. Luckily it wasn’t really storming; the rain was simply pouring hard and fast -- basically the ideal weather for the blonde. Of course, not everyone would understand that this act of getting drenched was intentional (really who would ever assume it was?), so it wasn’t a surprise when stranger ran up to her, umbrella in tow.

“Oh! Oh, I suppose you’re right...” That’s what Mrs. Hisakawa liked to remind her of, too. “But it’s really okay! My house isn’t far.”

Patient and cunning, the Johnathan-Spider spiderwalks to approach his prey. Many cast strange glances at the blue-haired specimen, but he seeks to ambush his prey, the Chinese Grumpy-lady Revy. And while no one would expect his approach to be like this, the Johnathan-Spider approaches. Without hesitation, he closes in for the kill...and-!

“SURPRISEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”

He came out of nowhere, in the middle of the pavement to suddenly embrace Revy out of nowhere. Had he jumped from a bit further away the momentum would have certainly swept Revy off her feet. “How are you today, Rev-rev?” He asked curiously, arms around her neck and shoulders, almost hanging off from where he clung onto. Johnathan was that kind of person: always willing to sneak up on someone to try and give them a surprise hug.

“So! Today we are heading into the Chasm of Knowledge(Museum) to find the elusive Penguindrum of Dumais! Shall we sally forth?!”
