It's What's for Breakfast. So I thought today was #StPancakesDay, but I was wrong (it's next week 😉) It's just as well because these Cinnamon Waffles aren't really pancakes. 🤷🏿♂️ #pancakeadjacent. The delicious smell of the cinnamon when these bad boys were cooking was a nice thing to roll outta bed to. A bit more "bready" than we're used to, I'm thinking these would make a great dessert base.
