Create a delightful Pancake Board inspired by The Baker Mama. This board is perfect for brunch or breakfast gatherings, combining fluffy pancakes with a savory and sweet charcuterie spread.

Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour. 2 tablespoons granulated sugar. 1 tablespoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1 1/2 cups milk. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Assorted toppings e.g., fresh berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, whipped cream, syrup. Assorted charcuterie items e.g., prosciutto, salami, cheese, olives, pickles. Maple syrup for drizzling.

Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay. Heat a griddle or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly grease with butter or cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat until all the batter is used, keeping cooked pancakes warm in a low oven. Arrange the pancakes on a serving board or platter. Add your favorite toppings like fresh berries, sliced bananas, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and syrup to the board. Now, arrange charcuterie items like prosciutto, salami, cheese, olives, and pickles around the pancakes. Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes for an extra touch of sweetness. Serve the pancake board and let everyone build their own delicious pancake creations.

Brunch #48 of #365 for 2020 *Pancake Board* This pancake board was inspired 🥰🥰🥰 by my amazing friend K!!! A pancake board is basically a type of tray with as many pancake fixins’ as you can imagine!!! 🤤🤤🤤 There was a woman at Hobby Lobby who gave me the idea to use tile as the tray and that way I can buy as many different pieces that I want and mix and match them. She says she uses them as trays and charcuterie boards when she has guests over!!! 🤩🤩🤩 Oh, I forgot to mention I got a couple of additional pieces of tile for free since parts of them were chipped or had an edge cracked... 🔥🔥🔥 My maternal Uncle & his wife came to visit from Oklahoma and the Littles and I had a blast!!!
