I made a Carrot Cake today and I am very proud of the final results.

Although I had a wonderful time with friends, making Pasta dough is tough!

There was much trial and error.

My dough was very sticky despite it's great appearance and my attachment was much more hands on than I was hoping for.

All of the Fusilli noodles had to be twisted by hand which I was not happy with.

The spaghetti was also a challenge because evety time I would slice to end the noodle they all kinda stuck together at the tips. The solution was to "bird nest" the noodles and hope they don't stick when I am ready to boil.

My heart was set on making every version my attachment came with... but I will be doing a bit more experimenting and reading before that happens I think!

Any suggestions on what type of sauces I should make?

Working with gel food colored white chocolate is EVEN HARDER.
