Rules: In a text post, list 10 books that have stayed with you in some way. Don’t take but a few minutes, and don’t think too hard - they don’t have to be the “right” or “great” works, just the ones that have touched you. Tag 10 friends, including me, so I’ll see your list. Make sure you let your friends know you’ve tagged them!
1. Journey to the River Sea by Eva Ibbotson (I’m dyslexic and what that means is I could not read until I was 11. What happened was I saw this book and something about the cover just stuck with me, and I forced myself to read it. It was a real struggle, but at some point whilst reading it, something in my head clicked into place and by the time I finished this book, the connect of reading made sense. I’m forever grateful)
2. Sea Horses, Guardian of the Stone by Louise Cooper
3. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K Rowling (we got this the day after it was released and I then spent the next two days in my room reading it)
4. Dragonflight by Anne McCaffrey I got to four then I couldn't think of any more, and it said don't think hard or long, so... *shrugs*
