Let's get into this., Ingredients Required : Guntur Red Chillies, Kashmiri Red Chillies, a Teaspoon of Cloves, Methi, Jeera, Black Peppers, Feenal Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Panner, Curd, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, a Tablespoon of Sugar. Steps to Prepare : At first initially Roast both Red Chillies and set them aside. Roast the Masala until the fragrance satisfies you. Add the roasted spices into blender along add 5-6 Garlics, 1 inch of Ginger , 2 tablespoon of Salt, Tamarind Water and grind them into fine paste. Add Ghee to Pan & Fry Paneer till its Golden Brown and keep them aside. Add chopped Onions, minced Garlic Ginger with Ghee. After adding Salt, Cook the Onion till they are Golden Brown (translucent) and add the Masala paste to Onions, mix it & stir on flame for 2 mins. Add Curd according to taste along a Tablespoon of Sugar. Add the fried Panner to the Masala and cook it for 4 mins. Now, Garnish with Coriander & Onions.
