How healthy is Spencer's relationship with Mama and Papa Gresley? Does he get along with them? Do they talk? I know his relationship with his other relatives (Gordon, Scotsman, and Ryan) is strained.

Yes it forever messed up Mama Gresley and Papa Gresley but Spencer is on a whole other level of not well - Mama and Papa Gresley want to get him help.... And the Duke and Duchess agree with them

Does Thomas visit Mama and Papa Gresley very often?

Hehe yes

Even if Gordon can take Thomas to them, Mama Gresley and Papa Gresley will go to them and visit and definitely spoil Thomas while at it

Not very well unsurprisingly, and unfortunately they never got the chance to find who did it
