My second #PeripheralHeartAction or #PHA #MiniCircuit I did today consisted of 1️⃣ #ParallelGrip #DumbbellInclinePress at about a 75 degree angle to concentrate on the #Shoulders, especially the #FrontDelts. 2️⃣ #LandmineFrontSquat also called #ECTFrontSquat (extreme core trainer). This gives the #Quads, #Glutes, #Hamstrings a good #Workout. 3️⃣ #PlankJumpingJacks which is slightly more #Dynamic than a normal #Plank.
