Focus on keeping the #Spine parallel to the ground, #KeepingItTight throughout the #Exercise. 2️⃣ #HipThrust with a #Dumbbell working the #PosteriorChain especially the #Glutes. 3️⃣ Standing #MedicineBall #RussianTwists to once again to hit a #CoreExercise that is not overly intense, but #FastTempo to keep the #HeartRate up and #BoostMetabolism.
