Discussion I am having over on discord:

I believe regular bicycles are a major form of transportation in the Wasteland. Regular bicycles not necessarily motorcycles and stuff of that nature. They are relatively easy to build maintain and repair, require no fuel other than your legs, do not need to be fed watered or rested like animals, and are mostly fast and quiet. They have an easy learning curve for muscle memory as well. They also have an advantage over most raiders and slower lifeforms by being too fast for melee and it is hard to shoot a moving target, let alone one that is doing the natural side to side motion required of riding a bike.

@voidthewanderer was showing me some things that you can attach to them like single person tent campers and haulers.

Background:

Orphaned at the age of ten, Gurrier was given as a ward to Mother Isolde on her travels to the Crater near the Commonwealth. She was raised alongside Dawn as both familial sisters and as Sisters in the Church of Atom. It was Gurrier who first offered to follow the Last Son of Atom, to ingratiate herself in his flock and record. Isolde rejected this offering, giving the duty to Dawn instead. They never saw her again.

Almost a year later, Atom visited Gurrier in a prophetic dream. He had told her that she should be the one to spread His Glorious Glow to the Commonwealth to unite the people. So with heavy heart, Isolde released her second daughter out in to the world...

A random thought came to me last night:

I don't think the average wastelander has tooth decay, or really any major tooth issues that are mostly caused by dietary factors.

Refined/processed sugar isn't as prevalent in the post war diet, which is now mostly back to agrarian. They are probably eating more hard breads and fruits like apples (I think it is only limitation on why we don't have other fruits). These are the same reasons why, before the mass cultivation of sugar cane in the Caribbean, the average non-noble person didn't have tooth issues. Humans have also had some form of teeth cleaning since at least the stone age (usually by chewing sticks or rubbing softwood against them), and there are ancient texts that describe recipes for tooth pastes and powders for cleaning.

All in all humans have mostly majority been a very hygenic species (as are most of our genus the Primates), and I don't think that has changed since the bombs dropped.

Sweetjane is a Muli. Mullo are revenant spirits in romani folklore (they are also just regular ghosts/dead people). They usually dress in all white, have hair that reaches the floor, and have some sort of physical oddity. Baba's baro believed they are missing an eye and hence why Sweetjane has a scarred dead eye.

As for how Sweetjane became muli. The Baron of Old Orleans needed an albino for a ritual (so he believed) to bring Bawon Samdi to this realm. Jame was also part of this ritual, as when Sweetjane "woke up" she'd be hungry. Ritual is also how and why she has a bomb collar around her neck, in case something goes wrong.

However, the Bawon had other plans. He liked Sweetjane and offered her a deal: to become one of his mistresses. Sweetjane not wanting to become his mistress offered to become his avatar instead. He agreed to this deal and granted her some tremendous gifts; including a form of immortality, the ability to heal others, the ability depending on timing to bring others back to life, the ability to see the spirits of those that wish to harm her. In return, she cannot drink rum nor smoke cigars (except to summon him in dire circumstances) and when he feels it's time for her to die she must become his mistress. To keep her body in this plane, she must drink the blood (it is a weaker tether but maybe done in emergencies) or eat the flesh of one she has killed. She also feels and hears the suffering of everyone every where all the time. Basically, John Coffee's powers and abilities in the Green Mile.

While she can't die, she can still get sick and is basically a living human.

A surprise Sweetjane (who did not steal this dress off a skeleton) in these trying times?

I've redone the math and Halley's comet averages to appear every 76 years (sometimes between 72 to 89 years).

The next predicted appearance is 2061. The latest predicted appearance is in 2134.

Going by the 76 year average, it appears again in 2210 and in 2286. This means that there is a chance that the Sole Survivor probably experiences it twice . There's also a chance the Lone wanderer and Courier 6 (depending on endings) also experiences it during their games and I just think that's neat.
