Alan Ritchson to Star as Jack Reacher
Amazon, Skydance, and Paramount’s Jack Reacher series has found its lead in Alan Ritchson. The series is written, showrun, and executive produced by Nick Santora.
Jack Reacher is based off the novels by Lee Child, who is also serving as an executive producer. The first season of the series follows the first Jack Reacher novel, The Killing Floor.

An adaptation of Anne Rice's 'The Vampire Chronicles' is passed on at Hulu but there may be hope for this new vision at another network or streamer.
Two things... 1. How do you manage to lose the first show runner (Bryan Fuller) and then a year later get "Cancelled" BEFORE you even cast the lead character?! This is the first time I've heard of Hulu cancelling a show that wasn't even filmed or cast yet. 2. The implication is that Anne Rice wants to sell a "bigger package" consisting of the TV and film rights. Look, you were at Hulu. That's Disney. Unless Netflix wants to make ANOTHER big gamble on Gothic Fantasy (they already spent a lot on Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, Witcher and are spending a lot on Neil Gaiman's The Sandman) than you're probably not going to find a better deal than what Disney was offering you. What are you doing?!?
