It's a poor joke I spent all of 30 seconds thinking about. I doubt Catra would ever use the f word in a derogatory sense for Finn, but would certainly use it in the way some parents will jokingly call their kid a goblin, or something.

I will bet that Catra started using it when baby Finn was awake at 3am with the zoomies. Yowling and running through the throne room. Good acoustics.
