FEAR. -What are your muses biggest fears?

{ Damn well everything now. He’s been in such a hostile environment for so long, “fear” is really something that gets him moving to ensure his safety. I’d think before he’d have some iffy-shit with insects, but now he’s terrified of whatever might possibly be hiding out in the dark waiting for him to slip up.

Hell, he’s even afraid of the dark itself and forests now. Doesn’t mean he reacts the same way someone with arachnophobia would if a spider came by. If anything, he’s gotten so desensitized to being afraid that he’d be shocked if the feeling came back hard. }

Misconception: Hmm... I don't hang around the Heathers fandom too much, but... Hm. I feel like people might be overly critical about how how easily Veronica got pulled into JD's shit and think she's more vindictive and mean spirited than she actually is?

I’m not sure if the latter part is you saying the fandom sees her more vindictive, but.

Everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, but I personally think the fandom sees her, for the most part, as almost entirely innocent. I could honestly write an entire essay on why I think that is that others believe that, but it’s something I don’t see myself. She knew what she was getting into to some degree, and I think JD was partially right in that part of her did want them dead but she was never willing to admit that to herself. She’s pretty grey morally, and even outside of the murders she wasn’t the greatest person. The musical definitely frames her in a bit of a better light in some spots, honestly, but in the movie it’s a lot more clear that she’s kind of a bitch, and there is a reason she’s with the Heathers that extends past her ability to forge notes. There are still definite elements of that in the musical though too, so it’s not just adaptation weirdness!

Ooh, ooh! How about Marta x Colette?

i’d give it a solid 8/10, probably? I honestly actually really like it, but there are some issues. For one, Marta... doesn’t exactly ever directly apologize to Colette for pushing her, and there’s a lot of shit they’d really need to talk about w/r/t the giant tree. There’s complicated feelings between the two of them that they’d need to work through, but it’s certainly nowhere near impossible!

as well i just love the aesthetic between the two, like sweet and calm+spunky and upbeat=good shit, plus they’re both very capable of self-defense,,, and i love the idea of marta teaching colette dance (and it going mediocre at best because colette’s clumsiness, pff)

Celica’s not particularly adverse to praise when it might be warranted, but most of the time she’ll dismiss it, she does what she does to help others, and she doesn’t need any sort of reward or compliments for it. She’s very quick to give others credit for a successful venture or action if they were involved.
