Just witnessed someone confidently tell their parent they're 'doing it wrong', taking the matter into their own hands while angrily complaining and telling the parent to back off. I backed away expecting a full on fight but the parent just sheepishly laughed and let them do it? There was no upset.
I'm flabberghasted. You can just do that when you know how to do something better? You can even get angry at them for messing it up and voice it? And it's Okay?
It was like watching a doccumentary on how normal people go about things. I enjoyed that. I want more on people telling their parents they're wrong just to be met with sheepish validation. That felt right.
