I forget Wicked is about a corrupt government, and shows how the uppers will blame anyone to distract people from their horrible consitions.

When PEIP is there, majority die - Macnamara, Paul, Emma, Bill, and Charolette are the main group that the story follows.

The first to go in the story is Macnamara, Paul is devastated. The second to go is Charolette, and Bill tries to save her - dying too. Paul and Emms try and find other survivors, being bad ass along the way. They run into the Monroe's, and the Young's [ft. Pricely]. They team up before Sheila turns on Emma, causing Emma to freak out and put everyone in danger.
