Eagles of Death Metal: Paris to Budapest!

Every artist dreams of achieving instant fame and success around the world.

However that might not be true of Californian alternative rock band Eagles of Death Metal, whose name will always evoke the memory of the terrible tragedy at the Bataclan Theater in Paris on Nov. 13th, 2015.

After a remarkable performance on U2's final night of the "Innocence + Experience Tour" in Paris back in December (a show that was re-scheduled due to those tragic events), the American band is back in Europe to promote their  "Zipper Down" album. And on Saturday February 20th, the Palm Desert band will be playing in the Hungarian Capital  The Akvárium Club will be hosting the event.

Located in the heart of the Inner City, on Erszébet Square (where the Budapest Eye is), the Akvárium is a well-known meeting place for everyone who enjoys the rich nightlife of the Hungarian Capital. This is also due to its ample and stylish outdoor space, that can accommodate hundreds of people for a drink or gourmet meal. For those lucky 1500 people who were able to secure a ticket for the Eagles of Death Metal show in the Grand Hall, this promises to be a remarkable Saturday.

THIS vigil was  at Cal state Long Beach where Nohemi was a student doing a semester in Paris at the time she was killed by Isis islamist terrosts in the Paris terror attack on 11/13/5 (Friday the 13th). So far as we know, she was the only American killed in the Paris attack. Several people spoke at the vigil including Nohemi's boyfriend, as well as her step-father, and her professor, as well as several classmates, and also representatives of the university, and also one representative from the French consulate, among others. Our thoughts & prayers go out to the Gonzalez family and her close friends and classmates and loved ones. God be with you. And let us not be defeated but rise up and stand strong against terror and never allow ourselves to be downtrodden by the cowardly tactics of extremists who try to defeat our optimist, good will, unity, and hope.

*********** For me personally there is ALWAYS HOPE if you know Jesus Christ as Savior because even death cannot defeat us in such a case. I pray for all those who do not yet know Jesus Christ as Savior to take the time NOW to ask Jesus to be your personal Savior before it is too late. If you knock the door will open. He is there for you. He loves you.He Loves US !
