Park Hill Flats. I know people have mixed feelings about Park Hill. I used to think they were an eyesore and should be pulled down. However, I think they have become an icon of our city and when you see them, there’s no doubt where you are. They were built between 1957 and 1961, and in 1998 were given Grade II listing status. The next phase of refurbishment is currently ongoing, with prices starting at £135,000.
