1 large cabbage 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. onion powder 1 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. paprika 1 cup parmesan 10 oz. pancetta 2 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley Sea salt and pepper to taste Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
