Indulge in the luxurious creaminess of this garlic-infused shrimp pasta. With tender shrimp, al dente linguine, and a velvety Parmesan cream sauce, this dish is a delightful treat for any pasta lover.
Ingredients: 8 oz linguine pasta. 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the linguine. Remove the water and set it aside. Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about one minute, until the garlic smells good. Before you serve the shrimp, make sure it's pink and fully cooked. This should take about two to three minutes per side. Add pepper and salt. Turn down the heat. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese and stir until everything is well mixed and creamy. Toss the cooked linguine around in the skillet with the creamy sauce until it is all covered. Take it off the heat and add some chopped parsley as a garnish. Enjoy while hot!
