Toony Cam Release Date: Part 2
Today, I must address publicly that me and all executive members at +Parthenon Studios had decided to postpone +Toony Cam 's release date. Honestly, I didn't liked the idea at all, but as president of our company, I understand that a delay it was necessary in order to provide a product that brings revenue to our company without damaging the product's purpose and goals...
Initially we planned our revenue model bringing profits in the long term, but now we realize that the product wouldn't survive more than 90 days in the App Store's eco system if we take that route.
Now, we are going to provided a product that is extensible for delivering additional non-consumable content as items available for in-app-purchases, each unlocks additional premium features of the product allowing the app to preform extra functionality. We believe now that this is the right path we should take. So we did took it.
We plan to have +Toony Cam 's first ALPHA version in a closed testing environment in or before by the end of next week. And a BETA version for open testing environments. A full version of the app is expected to be released in the summer. Please make sure you following our blog and social media pages to keep up up-to-date. Also, we've going to be updating www.toonycam.com in the next few days in order for users to join the alpha (limited and random selection ) and beta (open) programs...
