Partnership makes the Dream Work
When it comes to being a part of an organization, more than just websites and products are needed. When you don't have as much support, marketing and having activities that are connected to your company can be very challenging and stressful. The value of a team is something I've discovered this week. We've looked at a lot of different ideas and points of development for this incredible company to raise awareness on a very important subject over the last few weeks. This week, I found that reflecting on the value of alliances and corporate teams has shown that it is not all rainbows and lollipops; there are certain things you must ensure and can confirm that will continue to be the case.I learned that when starting a company, it is crucial to assemble a team you can rely on to assist you in establishing partnerships to finance your valuable investment. If you do not live up to the standards you have set for your relationship, it can be a make or break situation. It's a dream come true to be able to work with another organization so you will learn a lot. This has been a great experience in all!
