Parvin is from Western Almyra, who was rescued from being captured by Fodlan guards during a border raid that made them an orphan. Has a deep-seated hatred for Fodlan ppl as a result. After saving his life during an assassination attempt, Shahid hires them as his retainer. Some of the Almyran nobility protested, but such resistance died down when Parvin demonstrated their loyalty and fighting prowess. 

Lance and healing magic talent, the latter being clutch in saving the prince from multiple close calls. If she were an npc, her unique class would be a Holy Knight on a wyvern

During the border skirmish that took her family, she witnessed her parents get killed and her brother captured. She still holds hope that her brother is alive somewhere. No, her brother is not Cyril.

Parvin places great importance to family

They were neutral-to-fond of Prince Khalid (despite being half-Fodlan) because he was Shahid's family. It does change when Khalid disappears, since Shahid changes from the event

This OC was made partially to give Shahid a friend...and as a way to explore this question: If Almyran children are captured by Fodlan ppl at the border to servitude/slavery, how would a character that escaped that fate be like? There is a comic series in the works involving them and Shahid esp regards to [REDACTED] in GW so...stay tuned...
