Grilled Salsa Verde
With the temperature hovering around zero; a pot of chili, home made cornbread, and a couple of Winter Warmers by Sierra Nevada was the perfect dinner for my wife and I. We decided on a Xocoveza by Stone with a couple of pieces of chocolate for dessert. The lager style warmers had just enough sweet to compliment the spicy chili, while the peppery mexican chocolate of the stout was just the note with the dark sweet chocolates.
