Beet fled to the third floor where many of the Team Rainbow Rocket Grunts were starting to gather. They started to hear rumblings that a group of people both native and not native to this world had gathered together to fend off the Deoxys, but to think that they had the gall and the strength to try to infiltrate this building was astounding.
One particular grunt was flirting with another. "See, toots? Nuthin' to worry about. They always try to breach, but how about I show you why, when it's all said and done, that I'm not someone that they should be messing with."
"..." Okay, that's it. Come here.

The remainder of the grunts were talking about strategies to stop the group when something happened from behind.
"WOOAAHHHHH!" The grunt was sent flying to the other side and slammed right onto the wall. Something must have hit him hard enough for that.
"Oh, just my luck." Beet scoffed. "You're here."
Felicia took a step forward. Then, just behind her, a portal opened up, showing two more.
"... Looks like we finally got them in the act."
"Looks like we did indeed, my friend." Savory stepped forward.
??? sent out Zapdos! Savory sent out Calyrex-Ice Rider!
"By the power invested in me, you all will be defeated. I summon you, Rayquaza!"
Another portal appeared from behind her, revealing a Shiny Rayquaza!
Rayquaza's Delta Stream! A Mysterious wind picked up protecting Flying-type Pokémon!
"It's the former boss's kid and his friends again! Don't let them get away!"
Each of the rocket grunts sent out a Pokémon. Surely they can hold them off... right?
