Training for me is a drug: it gives me a state of healthy and relaxing spiritual and physical mental well-being, with some physical pain and fatigue as side effects but pleasant because they make me feel alive. Taekwondo, Bodybuilding, Calisthenics, Running, Gymnastics ... all stimulating and invigorating workouts for body and mind. It doesn't matter so much the result, if I can put mass or if I perform perfect techniques, the important thing is to do it, because I like it and satisfy me. Realizes me.
