I made these chocolate macaroons. Only had one cup of coconut so I actually made 1/3 of a recipe (easy to figure out). One problem with these: you have to hide them or tape your mouth shut. They are so good I could eat the entire plateful. From @mondaymorningcc newest book: Now For Something Sweet.
