At work, we receive data from a company with a name like “TLA”. The data comes in a xlsm file with locked and protected cells, and I was trying to fix all their data integrity issues so I could integrate it with our system.
I tried changing a cell, and It asked for a password. Without thinking, I typed in the 3 letters of their company name, (e.g. TLA). It unlocked that file, as well as everything else they’ve ever sent us.
Casually hacked into classified information in an open plan office, then slammed my head on the desk laughing.
