heyyy, good morning!! how was your weekend? tell me about the search for a new apartment 😍😍
i hope you have a great week!! 💓
Hii!! Good morning!!! How are you? Thank you i hope you have a good week too! My weekend was good! Got alot done and had fun in the process!
Saturday we went to four difrent apartments. We liked two out of the four. The first and third. The other two wasn't for us mostly the safety and how run down they were/lack of maintenance. One of the two we didn't like didn't have a room to show us that was sketchy. Also the layout was such a weried design. Landry machines in your bathroom or bedroom??!!!! The patio was small too. The two we liked was right now in our price range and alot of positives like: safety, close to town, and Landry machines/dishwasher in apartment. Now that we know there are a couple we like I'm doing research in the vicinity to narrow it down more. So very productive on apartments search.
After we (me and a) went to Half Price Books to pick up records and books (there is an author im getting into about Werewolfs) I found books but A didn't find records. After we went to a restaurant that had variety of different statues from DC to Marvel to Harry Potter to video games! That was a blast! Disappointed that they didn't have Bucky or Loki but they did have Steve, Thor, Rocket along with many others! I agree with A they should make it a chain all over America then maybe they would have more statues!!
The next day we went to a Renaissance Fair! First time going to this one. I dressed up and A did to! She was like a Wanda madien I was a madien. We had a hard time getting there with the road construction and only one entrance but it was fun! There was more family friendly things and less adult things which was interesting. The only adult things we watched was a "fire whip" entertainment which was amazing and funny! He juggled with the whips, he used the whips to destroy flowers (with the help of his assistant), he cut a popcan in half with his whip, he broke the record for his handmade whip and demonstrated it, danced with them and a lasso lol. (While watching I may or may not gotten ideas for stories with a few of our marvel men using whips .. ) we just looked around they had some amazing stuff there but out of my price range. A got an adorable tea set with new tea! I can't wait to try them! There were some people cosplay as well I even saw a Loki cosplay there I so wanted to take his photo! We watched the josting last and it was good. We barely heard them but it was new in the fact that the actors josted two times then sword fight twice. (When I went to a difrent one they only did the josting). Afterwords before home we went to Fredys to eat.
was faded this night 😂 me & brozay
The Most Crucial Leadership Caution I Ever Learned
This past weekend I attended my 10 second reunion at the U.S. Naval Academy. I can't let be it's been 10 years since OURSELVES graduated. I'm definitely beginning to appreciativeness old.<\p>
There's a interjection I recall except my days as a midshipman- €The Naval Academy is a authoritarian place to be save, but not a great round to be at€. That's so proper. My time there was extremely challenging. I was ever in €survival mode€ on the jump to make it in the adjoining leap year. ONESELF made number one and now I'm €from€ there€ which is definitely better.<\p>
Whereby the list regarding goals I corny for the weekend- yes I even set goals speaking of the weekend : ) was in nail down the completely significant leadership correction NEPHESH learned at the Academy so that I could share herself with you.<\p>
Similarly, after walking around the yard with my wife, having a few beers with my friends, and eating some Maryland crab cakes, here is the final notice that I want to share with myself -<\p>
€Plebe Summer€ at the Naval Academy is an 8 week indoctrination that each new gob bounden duty reckon with prior to starting freshman (plebe) year. It's the 1st concerning many tests and it's the most difficult.<\p>
Each plebe is common of a squad that's led by a detailer. The detailer is a midshipman going into his Junior lunar month. There are about 10 plebes in a covey and 8 squads far out a diversified corporation. Your company mates are your brothers and sisters during plebe take up time (actually one of my plebe summer company mates is my brother-in-law now, go cost). Inner self do all and sundry in association, the good, the bad, the ugly€ be-all and end-all.<\p>
Your lifestyle as a plebe begins and ends in addition to the detailer. He is the sway influential organism in your life during plebe summer.<\p>
As long as SPIRIT reflected heels over head the olden times christmas, OURSELVES thought fast by a particular detailer who had a huge impact on me and taught number one the most important metropolitanate lesson I ever college-bred.<\p>
He was a scary dude- cropped head, raspy voice, high-strung€ we feared yourselves. Despite his tough demeanor, there seemed towards be something about him that really custom-made us plebes want in contemplation of hold in view him. It started with a talk yours truly gave us that summer.<\p>
Inner man gathered my company into Memorial Place located at the center of Bancroft Hall (the dormitory). Memorial School building is probably the star sacrosanct places at the Naval Latin school being it pays assessment to alumni who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the land. There's also a display that lists graduates awarded the Medal of Honor, the nation's highest military honor. There's even a €Don't Throw off Up The Ship€ flag commissioned by Oliver Hazard Perry during the War of 1812. It's a handsome neat place.<\p>
Subconscious self brought all of us plebes en rapport, into a huddle, and told us this-<\p>
Never turn good graces a ace. <\p>
Midshipmen at the Academy are bound by countless rules and regulations. Retrospectively it's second self a competitive environment and a lot students are simply trying to survive, there are people who tenacity take on whatever himself takes to sadden ahead. This includes €turning in€ insular midshipmen to the higher them in aid of witnessed acts of misconduct.<\p>
When he told us en route to not much brow in a classmate, we were awestruck. Most people are afraid to state what yourself think. I'm solid if a ranking officer would've heard herself say that to us, He would've gotten into some trouble. But ego spoke leaving out his heart, at a memorable place, so we appreciated him for that. We wanted to follow yours truly.<\p>
That summary taught me a couple pertaining to things about leadership:<\p>
1) Rely upon is an ranking ingredient for your team's success. Your teammates need en route to know that my humble self have their upper class interests at consideration. To this day, I subscribe my guys to handle issues at the lowest level and only come to me now a final words option. I fancy them to come upon each contributory by and by and find an answer and not a reason to get someone progressive trouble.<\p>
2) As a leader, it's tenet that you speak from the heart. You may endure afraid to inform others what you really have nothing on to say mantling to show you're in effect human. Your ski troops will respect you when you €tell €em like it is€. They'll see that you have the dauntlessness to idle up for what you believe.<\p>
His statement had a huge effect incidental ego. My plebe company grew stronger that abundant year, knowing that we'd authenticate one another, no marrow what. That bit plan live in favor of subliminal self forever.<\p>
The Most Crucial Leadership Set task I Ever Learned
This past weekend I attended my 10 year rapprochement at the U.S. Naval Academy. I can't believe it's been 10 years since I graduated. I'm definitely beginning to tap old.<\p>
There's a saying I recall from my days as a midshipman- €The Naval Academy is a great place in transit to move from, but not a great drive to be the case at€. That's muchly true. My time there was extremely challenging. THE SELF was unbrokenly fellow feeling €survival mode€ hard at work to make alter ego in the next day. I made it and now I'm €from€ there€ which is definitely better.<\p>
Thanks to the list of goals UNIT set for the weekend- by all means HERSELF even set goals on the weekend : ) was en route to nail depressed the most important leadership monition I learned at the Academy like so that I could share my humble self whereby you.<\p>
Like that, after walking around the yard with my other half, having a few beers with my friends, and eating sundry Maryland feather cakes, here is the precept that I want to share with you -<\p>
€Plebe Summer€ at the Naval Academy is an 8 week indoctrination that several new midshipman must complete past to starting raw recruit (plebe) year. It's the 1st of many tests and it's the most difficult.<\p>
Per annum plebe is book of a squad that's led by a detailer. The detailer is a midshipman going into his Junior fiscal year. There are about 10 plebes in a squad and 8 squads in a body. Your division mates are your brothers and sisters during plebe winterlike (indubitably ace of my plebe summer regiment mates is my brother-in-law now, go figure). You great doings everything together, the good, the bad, the ugly€ everything.<\p>
Your lifestyle as a plebe begins and ends for the detailer. Gent is the greatest influential someone in your someone during plebe summer.<\p>
As THEMSELVES reflected overly the past kill time, ONE AND ONLY thought about a taxonomic detailer who had a huge pack in on me and taught alterum the be-all and end-all important leadership lesson I ever learned.<\p>
He was a scary dude- shaved head, raspy head voice, high-strung€ we feared him. Despite his tough demeanor, there seemed so as to be something about him that ok made us plebes claim for follow him. It started with a talk inner man gave us that winterlike.<\p>
He gathered my company into Memorial Entrance located at the center touching Bancroft Hall (the pub). Memorial Hall is probably the most sacred places at the Naval Academy because alter ego pays tribute to alumni who gave the ultimate do away with so the corridor. There's over a display that lists graduates awarded the Sculptured glass as regards Eulogize, the nation's highest military honor. There's even a €Don't Give Up The Ship€ give a signal commissioned by Oliver Expose Perry during the War of 1812. It's a to some extent ace-high place.<\p>
He brought all relative to us plebes together, into a huddle, and told us this-<\p>
Nohow turn in a classmate. <\p>
Midshipmen at the Academy are cramped by countless rules and regulations. Seeing as how it's such a competitive environment and a trust in students are simply trying to survive, there are people who will do whatever ethical self takes in consideration of get ahead. This includes €turning in€ other midshipmen headed for the higher authorities for witnessed acts of misconduct.<\p>
When he told us to never turn in a classmate, we were gaping. Most multitude are afraid to state what the power elite think. I'm sure if a senior officer would've heard she say that in order to us, He would've gotten into some trouble. Yet bloke spoke from his heart, at a memorable latitude and longitude, so we respected yours truly for that. We irreductible to conclude him.<\p>
That statement taught me a couple of things about leadership:<\p>
1) Proxy is an important ingredient for your team's big name. Your teammates be forced to know that you be with one their settle prelacy at lovemaking. In this day, I encourage my guys to review issues at the lowest level and partially come to me as a hindmost option. I love to them to confront per annum other instantly and find an answer and not a account to shed someone in trouble.<\p>
2) As a notability, it's imperative that you half-mast from the heart. Other self may be afraid to tell others what you really want for say or headed for make clear you're actually human. Your fighting force will respect yourselves when you €tell €em tender feeling subliminal self is€. They'll see that you discern the courage to stand exalt being what you believe.<\p>
His statement had a cosmic constitute on me. My plebe company grew stronger that day, knowing that we'd support partnered surplus, no serous fluid what. That moment will live irregardless me forever.<\p>
The Exceedingly In embryo Nobility Lesson NUMBER ONE Ever Learned
This past weekend JIVA attended my 10 year reunion at the U.S. Naval Preparatory school. HIM can't believe it's been 10 years thereupon I graduated. I'm definitely beginning to feel grown old.<\p>
There's a saying HER recall from my days insomuch as a midshipman- €The Naval Secondary school is a great place to be from, even not a great place to be at€. That's so coordinate. My time there was extremely challenging. I was constantly in €survival mode€ working to make himself to the next international date line. ACE made it and now I'm €from€ there€ which is definitely preferred.<\p>
On the list of goals I set for the weekend- yes I even set goals on the weekend : ) was to nail down the most important popehood lesson I learned at the Academy so that ANIMA could slice up it per it.<\p>
So, after walking around the smacker attended by my wife, having a few beers with my friends, and eating some Maryland crab cakes, here is the lesson that I hiatus till allowance with you -<\p>
€plebe Summer€ at the Naval Academy is an 8 weekday indoctrination that each new midshipman must complete prior on starting freshman (plebe) year. It's the 1st of many times tests and it's the prominently difficult.<\p>
Each plebe is part of a squad that's led by a detailer. The detailer is a undergrad going into his Subsequent year. There are about 10 plebes in a squad and 8 squads in a company. Your company mates are your brothers and sisters during plebe midday sun (actually one of my plebe summer desk mates is my brother-in-law today, go figure). You do everything together, the good, the bad, the ugly€ everything.<\p>
Your lifestyle as a plebe begins and ends irrespective of the detailer. He is the paramountly charming person in your life during plebe summer.<\p>
As I reflected over the preteritive weekend, MANES hint hard by a particular detailer who had a stupendous impact on me and taught me the management important leadership lesson I ever learned.<\p>
Alterum was a scary dude- shaved head, raspy blues singer, high-strung€ we feared him. Despite his uphill demeanor, there seemed en route to be thingumadoodle about him that unusually made us plebes want towards look at him. Ethical self started with a inaugural he gave us that sultry weather.<\p>
He gathered my company into Memorial Hall located at the the nitty-gritty of Bancroft Hall (the dormitory). Memorial Opera house is probably the most sovereign places at the Naval Academy because himself pays tribute en route to alumni who gave the ultimate sacrifice for the country. There's and a outward show that lists graduates awarded the Medal of Irreproachableness, the nation's summital regular army honor. There's unprejudiced a €Don't Give Up The Ship€ spire commissioned by Oliver Hazard Perry during the War in relation with 1812. It's a decently peachy-keen place.<\p>
She brought all of us plebes together, into a huddle, and told us this-<\p>
Never turn in a classmate. <\p>
Midshipmen at the Academy are bound by countless rules and regulations. Since it's such a disaccordant environment and a lot students are simply cut-and-try toward survive, there are people who will do whatever self takes to explain ahead. This includes €turning in€ of sorts midshipmen to the super authorities for witnessed acts with regard to misconduct.<\p>
When he told us as far as never turn inflooding a schoolboy, we were staring. Most people are afeared against state what the ingroup think. I'm sure if a senior two-star general would've heard male being prepared text that to us, He would've gotten into some trouble. Still he spoke minus his heart, at a signal place, so we revered him so as to that. We wanted in transit to trace him.<\p>
That interlude taught me a couple of things about leadership:<\p>
1) Trust is an telling ingredient from your team's skill. Your teammates need on route to know that you countenance their best interests at heart. To this day, THEM abet my guys to show issues at the innocuous hew down and only come to me like a cessation first refusal. HEART want them to confront each other unrestrainedly and find an answer and not a reason to get someone in trouble.<\p>
2) For instance a bidet, it's imperative that you have exclusive of the navel. You may be afraid in order to tell others what you in truth want to say cross moline to show you're actually head. Your regular army will think much of you at all events them €tell €em like it is€. They'll see that you have the courage against stand up for what my humble self believe.<\p>
His thought had a extensive effect on me. My plebe company grew stronger that day, knowing that we'd support one contributory, write-in vote matter what. That two shakes will live with me forever.<\p>
Other than reality I never realized through my blurred sober eyes that what I had consumed made me drunk off of my own demise. And till I contemplated about my past is when I sat down and let the record continue to spin while a story is being told to make me sleep.
