On a black crockery plate with beige markings are six pastizzi, each the size of a small fist. They are made with filo pastry around ricotta cheese, and have been cooked until golden brown.
These pastizzi are hand-made from Borg's, a well-known Maltese food manufacturer based in Altona, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
