Cycling and Literature. Libri nel Giro is an initiative of the Lucos Cozza Bicycle Bibliotheque of Rome and the newspaper La Repubblica. The idea is to follow the Giro and invite children to read books about cycling. Beside this there is a little competition too. Europe's most relevant cycling journalist and writers wrote or gave a short story to this project. A copy of the story was placed in the handlebar of a few racers, so that the story actually rode the Giro themselves. In this short video Carlos Arribas, Philppe Brunel, Gianni Mura, Marco Pastonesi and Claudio Gregori talk about cycling and literature.
