After The Blue Blazer's WWF run, Owen Hart went back Stampede, Mexico and Japan. In 1991 he went over to WCW. A contract was never signed, since he didn't wanna move his family to Georgia. Not long after (his brief run) he returned to the WWF. This is one of the few matches from his WCW stint.
