my beautiful psychosis headcanons:

hector develops psychosis postgame and regularly hallucinates inspekta; this is very distressing at first but a few years down he has the coping mechanisms & support he needs to deal with it

razzmatazz has visual hallucinations & disordered thought that he uses partially as inspiration for her art

patchie has auditory hallucinations + some other stuff going on, but it doesn't interfere too bad with their life + is managed with meds

jake'm has delusions & hallucinations that dont respond to meds much and make it impossible for him to live alone; poolgirl georgia lives with him and helps him out a lot as his full time bestie.
