HOW I MAKE PATCHES
thought i’d make a post for all the baby punks out there who want to start making their own patches for their jacket/pants/whatever but don’t know how. this is the method i use to make all my patches and the best method in my personal opinion.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
label paper (buy a 100 pack here for $13)
black denim (use old jeans or buy secondhand)
acrylic paint (preferably white) and paintbrushes
x-acto knife
DIRECTIONS:
1. draw or trace patch design onto label paper
2. remove backing from label paper and stick to denim
3. cut out design with x-acto knife
4. cover design with paint
5. wait for paint to dry, remove label paper, and you’re done!
