Interesting how Patchworm and Mina's dynamic is sort of the inverse of Lucifer and Spender's dynamic. Patchworm wants Mina to nurture her relationships and be aware of her emotions, but Mina is too singularly focused on her goals to heed her spirit's advice. Even then, Patchworm understands where Mina's stubbornness comes from and is still patient and empathetic with her, unlike Lucifer's harshness with Spender.

I like to think that Lucifer loves/needs to vent about Spender and Patchworm loves to listen to the gossip.

Mina's glasses seem to indicate the "stages" of Patchworm's metamorphosis, with her being able to talk at Stage "3". I'm guessing that stage 1 is her worm form, and her final stage would be her emerging from her cocoon (and tool) as a butterfly
