In the online deed poll application, it asks if I want to change my title. Can I change my title if I haven't changed my gender marker yet?

Yes, you can. As long as you’re not trying to use a title you’re not qualified to (e.g. Lord, Dr, Rev) there are no legal restrictions on what title you use.
