Happy Critmas 2024 Everyone!

I guess is it really Critmas, if there's no game...eh, the first Critmas was imaginary (that was sort of the point, I started this in 2020 BECAUSE I missed playing with my friends, so I started making game supplies for my dolls so they could play). Usually I set this post to air the day of my Critmas game, but since it's not happening I picked a date; and I noticed that over the last 3 years (since '20 was a daily advent) the day had been going down by one, I figured today would be the perfect date. (Maybe next year it will be the 16th lol)

ANYWHOS y'all're here for the printables, not my rambling right? well good news! I have far more printables than I thought I would, so everybody wins! (I actually thought I had maybe 3 things, so I was ready to skip Critmas all together this year actually

And now, the biggest project I came up with year, and am most proud of the execution of; 1:6 scaled boxes of TCG Cards. That's right, your dolls can collect TCG boxes and do pack openings now. (I mean, mine have a game and hobby store, of course they'd need boxes of cards). Each box type has a sealed version, an opened version, and packs to go in said open box. Sealed box is fairly simple, just construct a box. Opened, you construct a box without a top and put the top flap (that is separate) in as well as make an insert by wrapping the cover with several pack pictures on it, onto an insert of foam board or stacked paperboard (template included) so the box will look filled. But there's also loose backs, that are made by folding the pack in half over a tiny rectangle (to be the cards inside) and then you can fill your open box with the loose packs too. The are fun, they are tiny (and very easy to loose ^^; ) I also laminate all parts with packing tape before cutting to five the shiny box look, but that's up to you. Each sheet has 2 boxes on them for maximized variety.

new campaign, new character time. weeeeeee

introducing Roizen Gildscale, my rose-gold dragonborn sorcerer. she grew up like Rapunzel in a wizard tower under the tutelage of her Magic Dad and ran off with her own Flynn Ryder kinda-sorta, and they wind up on adventure with party to the Lost Mine of Phandelver. fun!

kinda been in an art rut, so she's missing some usual art pack pieces (plus i have a hard time doing the dragon charmy-stickers to begin with so uhg) but we do have a silly doodle so that's fun.

huh i just learned about the dog breed the Swedish Vallhund, which are described as "wolf Corgis"

and you know what...that kinda looks like Ada's animal companion...

...because Corgis have stubby tails...and he's technically a "Faerie Mount" which yes, are modeled after Corgis, but...

so...Ada might not be Celt-fae, but Black Forest-fae after all then...

woooo new game and new character time...well, sorta

we are starting Iron Gods...again. haven't tried to play it in years, never made it out of book one (this was the campaign that created Tarn (technically Giantslayers expanded the Ironbrood)). this also isn't the first time i've wanted to play Tesla; they made it to a Valentines one-shot (yes the anti-/emotion/-less android was great in the "Cupid makes everyone horny" game ^^; ), but the other 2 times i tried to play them fell through, so now's their time to shine...or static spark i guess lol.

so Tesla, my android magus with a magnetic staff that they electrocute people with; they are obsessed with coffee and inventing the toaster. should be fun!

LOVE how the charmy sticker design came out. less enthusiastic about their playlist, so we're not sharing that this time either, sorry.

here's hoping i can learn to play a magus more properly from level 1, instead of jumping into it at level 6 (sorry Theta ^^; )

new character who dis?

great question! i do not recommend having to roll up a new char high leveled midsession unless you have a clear idea mostly solidified (yes 6th is high when i've only played 2 other classes). for me at least, it was very stressful ^^; i got overwhelmed trying to do a different character for a more confusing class, but then i noped out of that and did this lady instead because i had at least 75% of her thought up whereas the other was like 12%...despite us already having a cleric ^^;

anywhos, Lupe Lunas, but everyone calls her Lulu, the moon bunny cleric. i'd actually had the idea of her a few weeks back, and thought she'd be my primary backup, but then S'tara kept surviving, and like said we have a party cleric so i didn't wanna double up...but again this is my second 5e campaign, i only know how Warlock and Druid work. but i know Clerics (far better than the Artificer ^^; ) so here we are. her history...idk man, she just got dumped in the middle of an ongoing narrative; she was in a debris field from a battle with Vampirates...why would a very-against-undead cleric be with vampirates? (though as i was putting together her art pack i chuckled realized i'd made my DM a liar when he said according to the book there was no cleric with the vampirates when when trying to see if maybe they could resurrect S'tara).

i guess after working on her art pack, and mulling it over for a week though...her family was part of a moon colony, and either their moon or the planet the mon went with was also attacked by the Evil Empire, so she and her family members went out to help refugees and/or find a way to help stop the Evil Empire, so she happened to be on a ship that hooked up with the vampirates' grouping, and then that got blown up in a dog fight, and thus she was flung onto the party's ship as they were coming to seek out to join up with the vampirates. yeah, that makes sense, i can work with that.

so she's kind of a bit nervous, a little skittish, and small. and fluffy.

just cause i like height charts, lookit how small she is compared to Theta, Nyxie, and S'tara. so not *that* small, but still. small moon bunny girl.

i don't fully vibe with her playlist (it's mostly got songs to get me into a voice than her story mood) but hey, at least she got a sticker-charm. i do admit, i really do like her design, and drawing her is fun.

i doodle sometimes while waiting for sessions to start, so since it’s a no-game-monday, and the most used subject of these is now dead, here’s a doodle dump

page 1: S’tara in the outfit i was wearing at the time; Jelena in what her doll counterpart Kira was wearing ta the time page 2: doodles of my magic mixies, because colorful fae critters ^^ page 3: S’tara bought a novelty-t from a space truck stop (more or less), so of course i had to draw her in it for cotton candy summer. of course, i drew it the night she was killed by a space eel, so...cotton candy summer is canceled
