This Patrick Clancy motherfucker is the most at fault for the murder of his three children by his wife in my opinion. He knew his wife was experiencing post partum psychosis and intrusive thoughts about ending her and her children's lives. She wanted to get help and called 911 fifty one times in the two weeks before the murder. Her husband knew all of this and did nothing to help her and instead took multiple trips away from his wife and he is now remarried with another child. He knew his wife's mental state but did nothing.
