The bitch ass cousin of the pumpkin:

Although it is the bitch of the family, it has way more Vitamin A than the pumpkin has- it's trying to be the favorite.
Its makes great soup too, for those of you readers who like things in liquid form.
And just like its festive cousin, the seeds from a butter nut squash are a great little snack mouth popper.
