If you want the scoop of what's going on with Amanda read this.  She is amazing, and I cannot wait to get her book when it comes out!  Send positive vibes her way, as this isn't an easy time.  I know I'll be doing what I can to boost her spirits, maybe a gift from Paxelart is in order; a painting to brighten her day.

Losing faith in humanity

I work in a call center, yeah, a call center, and yes, the people that call are as......special, as they say.  Lady from a call, "I was browsing your site, with my iphone plugged into my computer, and now my iphone won't turn on!  You broke my phone, fix it!"  "Ma'am, browsing our site didn't break your phone, you'll need to take it to Apple if it won't turn on."  "Your site broke my phone, you fix it, I'm not taking it to Apple."  "Ma'am, we are not Apple, I cannot help you."  This goes on for over 30 minutes.  How is that confusing?  How could browsing a website break your phone?  Eventually she got so mad that I wouldn't fix it (couldn't, thought she didn't see it that way) that she hung up.  

*sigh*  I just need to be a full time artist.  Until then, this is how I feel:
