I’m a BAD breakfast eater.... Always trying to skip it or push it off until lunch so I can eat more😂(bad bad mindset, but can we be real?? That’s how a LOT of us with pasts of E.D.’s think about food😧) So, this week I’ve decided to get better at it because I’m a BETTER person when I eat in moderation all throughout my day... rather than HUGE meals, 1 or 2 times per day. - I made myself a deal...ya don’t have to eat MUCH. But ya have to eat something (said to myself😂) - And since I LOVE breakfast food, I realized...this could be so fun! What I came up with.... “PB toast to the extreme. HYPED UP Pb toast. PB&J toast.
