Jimmy isn’t happy that Callum called him about the stolen motor (as he was enjoying a game of golf). But that’s beside the point as Jimmy is able to help the coppers because of the manufacturer’s tracker in the motor which leads them straight to Robert. Robert tries on the charm at the female copper (and he did tell the truth that Sadie gave him the keys) but they still bring him in for stealing the motor. When Sadie turns up, she gives a bs story covering both her and Robert’s arses. Katie is surprised Robert is talking to Sadie who paid him for the job.

Why would Andy shoot him? He’s got nothing against Jack! (Part 1)

Looks like Katie and Daz slept in Jack’s room. Robert’s yelling his head off to be released to be with Jack. Katie whispers to an unconscious Jack how she’s been telling all the shooting was an accident. Andy calls Donna to pick up clothes for him and that’s how the village learns of the shooting and death of Jack but hang on… Siobhan sets everyone clear about Jack’s live status.

DI Keysell continues to question Andy who now tells them Katie’s tale with enough plot holes making it not believable to them. Meanwhile, DC Crowe (WHO’S REAL LIFE SURNAME IS HAWLEY!) questions Robert (who has an attorney with him) who begins with the actual facts then ends with using Katie’s version as well. The cops clearly are aware of the dynamics among Robert, Andy and Katie. Andy and Robert stay remanded for the night under they learn if Jack pulls through. If not, Andy is looking at a murder charge!
