Andy is in a state trying to get Jack to forgive him, sorry for what he’s done but Jack is now in a bad position because of it. Crowe and Keysell find it mighty interesting Andy running out of Jack’s room. Katie assures Robert she’s there for him as he hopes to get back on good terms with Jack. Robert can’t see Jack shopping Andy to the cops. Alone with Diane, Jack ponders what to do with Andy. Andy is back at the farm as he’s not wanted at the hospital. Daz is certain Andy won’t go to the nick.

They’re not just gonna give up and go away, Robert. I can’t fob them off forever. (Part 1)

Sam continues to help out at the farm apparently. Katie’s clearly is freaking that Jack knows the real story behind his shooting and how it’ll affect all them with the coppers. Crowe and Keysell are determined to see Jack and get his statement. Robert wants Jack to really think it through before he talks to the coopers. Daz worries about himself if Andy gets banged up who has essentially lost all hope having let ‘everyone down’. Jack gets the green light to be released from hospital (that was fast).

Now… while I’m glad you decided not to insult me by arguing… so… if it wasn’t an accident… I wanna know what the hell’s going on.

Jack just knows the boys told quite a lie to Diane about what happened and he so remembers as ‘he was there.’ Crowe and Keysell show up on cue. The kids have are reunited with the awake Jack. Louise announces to all in the pub that Jack is on the mend. Jack wants a chat with Andy… alone. Boyo, you have some explaining to do.

Me and Katie should never have gotten married. I didn’t love her. There’s no hard feelings. She’s better off with Robert. (Part 4)

DI Keysell continues to question Andy who now tells them Katie’s tale with enough plot holes making it not believable to them. Meanwhile, DC Crowe (WHO’S REAL LIFE SURNAME IS HAWLEY!) questions Robert (who has an attorney with him) who begins with the actual facts then ends with using Katie’s version as well. The cops clearly are aware of the dynamics among Robert, Andy and Katie. Andy and Robert stay remanded for the night under they learn if Jack pulls through. If not, Andy is looking at a murder charge!

Your dad is… your dad’s had an accident. He’s very poorly and we need to go to hospital to see him now. (Part 3.2)

So… Katie and Daz are free to go after making their statements to ‘have a think’ then return the next day with the real story of what happened. The two then pop up at Jack’s to tell Siobhan about Jack’s shotgun accident wanting to take Victoria to hospital as she feels he may not make it. Back at the station, DI Keysell takes on Andy and DC Crowe Robert for interrogating them. At the hospital, Dr. Morton informs Katie, Daz and Victoria Jack’s in surgery and in critical condition. Siobhan goes to Louise to get in touch with Diane. Daz puts the blame of the situation on Katie.
