Guards at Israel’s notorious Sde Teiman torture camp have admitted their colleagues use dogs to rape Palestinian captives there, according to a prominent Israeli analyst.
Shaiel Ben-Ephraim, a geopolitical expert who opposes Israel’s genocide in Gaza, said he spoke to two guards from the facility about the gruesome form of torture “on more than one occasion”.
“Some have said that claims that Israel uses dogs to sexually abuse prisoners are antisemitic blood libels,” Ben-Ephraim wrote on X on Friday. “Unfortunately, there is a good deal of evidence.”
Of the two guards he spoke to, “one had seen this happen and said it was too awful to talk about. The other said that he had heard about it from others and believed it was true. This happened. This is happening still. The evidence is too overwhelming.”
He highlighted several cases reported by human rights groups and media outlets.
They include a man who spoke to the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR). “We were stripped completely. Soldiers brought dogs that climbed on us and urinated on me,” he said. “Then one of the dogs raped me… I suffered a severe psychological breakdown and deep humiliation.”
“They know once they rape someone with a dog or with a stick that these people won’t be able to carry out their jobs or live their lives normally,” Basel Alsourani, international advocacy officer at PCHR, told Novara Media last year. “It’s part of their genocidal intention to destroy [Palestinians].”
Sde Teiman gained global notoriety after footage was leaked of soldiers gang-raping a captive there in 2024.

The Palestinian Center on Human rights issued a press release last Thursday, May 18, before the Flag March in Jerusalem.
“Flag March” Violates International Law and UNESCO Resolutions: PCHR Welcomes UNESCO’s Adoption of Resolution Safeguarding Jerusalem’s Historical Character The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) welcomes the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)’s unanimously adopting a resolution on Wednesday during the 216th session of its Executive Board that has considered all Israeli measures seeking to change the historical character and legal status of Jerusalem’s Old City and its walls null and void.
The resolution and its annexes call on Israel to cease its unilateral violations and unlawful action against Blessed al-Haram al-Sharif and places of worship in Jerusalem’s Old City and walls. The resolution also underscores the significance of protecting Palestinian heritage sites from destruction and falsification, including fraudulently altering their names, threatening the legal and historical status of Jerusalem.
The resolution aligns with dozens of resolutions issued by the United Nations (UN) and its bodies, and is in accordance with international law, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.
The resolution coincides with heightening daily raids into the holy city in order to change its religious and historical character; the last of which was today in the morning when extremist Jewish groups have raided al-Aqsa Mosque and intend to organize the so-called “flag march” in the afternoon to celebrate the occupation of East Jerusalem with full support of the Israeli government.
PCHR is saying that Jews walking peacefully anywhere in the Old City of Jerusalem violate international law with every footstep. They also claim that those Jews, by merely existing, violate UNESCO resolutions against changing the historical character of Jerusalem.
Modest Dancer and Forgetful Storyteller returned home from the dancing competition and Storyteller is undoing Dancer's hair.
Warnings: mentions of dancing competitions(?)
Read down below:
Loja and Rita just returned home after a dancing competition. The silver medal was now hanging among the other gold and bronze medals on the wall. Bags with a dress, papers, empty lunch boxes and other stuff were forming a messy pile near the door. The room was lit by an everlasting red sunlight that formed patterns on the floor and writing table, light cut to many pieces with a window frame. A tired but happy atmosphere filled the room.
Loja was sitting on the bed and Rita was sitting on the floor in between her legs. Loja was carefully pulling out pins from Rita’s hair that was formed into a tight bun. Rita's hair was straight and silky and didn't want to hold the shape of a bun, so Loja had to apply a big amount of hair wax before the competition. Now it made a crunchy noise when she pulled the hairpins out.
While Loja was undoing the complex hairstyle, Rita fell asleep, burying her face in her knees that she pulled to her chest. Loja's eyelids were heavy and she was on the verge of falling asleep too, but she had to fight the sleepiness for the sake of Rita's hair and quality rest.
Today's events were replaying in Loja's head. Vague pictures of the corridors in the Hall, loud and crowded dressing room, cold and less crowded bathroom where she had to cheer Rita up and prevent her from having a panic attack, dark and stuffy backstage, Rita's performance (it was perfect even from backstage, but Rita disagreed when Loja mentioned that later), nervous waiting for the jury decision, excitement and relief at the rewarding and a long way home.
Finally, all 32 pins were pulled out and lying on the cloth. Some of them had a red flower shaped tip made of some kind of red gemstone. When Loja first saw them, Rita said that it's her family's relic. That's the reason why Rita kept them separately in her jewellery box. Loja was very proud that Rita trusted her enough to let her work with them while she's asleep.
Loja sighed. “Here comes the hardest part…” She thought. She picked up the comb and started gently combing her friend’s hair, starting from the ends and moving up to the roots. Some wax came off and she wiped it with a napkin.
It felt like she combed for hours. When she was done, Rita was fast asleep. As much as Loja didn't want to wake her up, it was necessary to wash away the remaining wax or it would be all over their bed next morning. So Loja brought up all her storyteller skills and tried to wake Rita up as gently as she could.
“Honey, wake up,” she murmured, bending closer to Rita's ear and lightly patting her head. “We need to wash your hair.”
Rita slowly turned her head and faced Loja with a sleepy and sad expression. Loja made an apologizing face. Rita heavily sighed and stretched. Loja waited until Rita got up and they both slowly headed to their bathroom.
Loja lit up the candle while Rita was collecting her hair washing supplies. Then they both came closer to the bathtub and when Rita reached for the shower, Loja stopped her. “Let me do it for you.” She said calmly, and Rita put her arm away and knelt near the tub with her head over it. Loja turned the water on and adjusted the temperature. It took some time for water to become warmer since they were living in the Valley - a place known for its cold and harsh climate, - and they didn't have a strong water heater yet.
Rita, with her hair covering her face, lazily watched the water running. A warm light was reflecting from the water drops, creating shiny patterns. A meditating sound of water drops hitting the stone surface of the bathtub filled the room.
Finally, the water warmed up. Loja held the shower above Rita's head and soaked her hair. Rita closed her eyes and relaxed. Loja’s movements were slow and gentle, but strong enough to wash out all the wax. They were filled with so much love and affection, that Rita wanted to purr and cry at the same time, but, tired and sleepy, she chose not to and instead silently enjoyed the princess treatment her friend provided to her.
When there was no more wax and shampoo left on Rita's hair, Loja turned the water off and put the towel on her friend's head. She wanted to ruffle it, but Rita already started to wrap the towel around her head, forming a turban, so Loja backed away and wiped her hands with another towel. When Rita stood up, she put the candle out and both girls walked out of the bathroom and went to their bedroom.
Loja noticed hairpins and the comb were still on the bed. She quickly began to clean them and put them in their place. Meanwhile Rita was drying her hair with the towel. When she decided that her hair was dry enough, she noticed that Loja was still cleaning up, putting hairpins in the jewellery box at the table, and there was one hairpin that was forgotten on the floor. She picked it up, came closer to Loja and stretched her arm out from behind Loja's back, showing her the pin. “Here.” She whispered in the latter's ear, kindly smirking.
“Oh! Thank you. Haven't seen it there.” Loja said gratefully, taking the pin and placing it in the jewellery box. She looked at the bed one more time and, not noticing any tools left there, turned to Rita. “Ready to go to bed?” She asked, not minding the almost nonexistent distance between her and Rita.
“Wait. Close your eyes.” Rita asked, and Loja obeyed. Rita gently cupped Loja's head, moving closer and placing a kiss on her cheek. Loja gasped, pleasantly surprised, and when Rita moved her face away and lightly hugged her by her neck, she giggled. “Thank you for being my hairdresser today.” Rita smiled gratefully. Loja hugged her by her waist, placing her chin on her shoulder.
Al-Haq, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, and Al-Mezan Center strongly condemn recent US sanctions targeting their organizations, denouncing them as unjust measures that undermine efforts to hold Israel accountable amid ongoing genocide in Gaza.
We condemn in the strongest terms the draconian sanctions imposed by The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) on our organisations: @alhaq_org , @AlMezanCenter & @pchrgaza
These measures in times of live genocide against our People, is a coward, immoral, illegal & undemocratic act. Only states with complete disregard to international law & our shared humanity can take such heinous measures against human rights orgs working to end a genocide.
As the world moves to impose sanctions and arms embargoes on Israel; its ally, the U.S, is working to destroy Palestinian institutions working tirelessly for accountability for the victims of Israel's mass atrocity crimes.

Israeli Occupation Forces’ Execution of Ambulance and Civil Defense Crews After Their Arrest: A War Crime
The Palestinian Centre for Human Rights (PCHR) condemns in the strongest terms the Israeli Occupation Forces’ (IOF) heinous crime against 14 members of ambulance and civil defense crews, who were on a humanitarian mission to rescue people in #Rafah. PCHR affirms that the continued international silence and failure to take any deterrent or tangible measures against Israeli leaders have contributed to the continuation of these horrific atrocities. Therefore, PCHR considers these grave violations a critical test of the credibility of international law, urging the free nations of the world to act immediately to end this bloodshed, which threatens the values of humanity and justice. The horrors of this heinous crime were revealed 8 days after the IOF’s perpetration of it. Contact was lost with the ambulance and civil defense crews while they were on a humanitarian mission in al-Hashasheen area, west of Rafah, and all efforts made during the past few days to determine their fate were hindered. It turned out later that the IOF killed 6 members of the Palestinian Civil Defense crews and 8 paramedics from the Palestinian Red Cresent Society (PRCS) that declared that the ninth paramedic is still missing. The Palestinian Ministry of Health (MOH) stated that the victims were found buried in a deep hole to prevent their identification, indicating that they had been detained and premeditatedly killed.

PCHR, the Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, reports an incident of the Palestinian Authority torturing a 17-year old:
A Palestinian force of the Preventive Security Service (PSS) arrested a 17-year-old boy, from Ethna village in Hebron, without showing a warrant from the Public Prosecution, assaulted him physically, and shackled him subjecting him to degrading treatment. According to his statement:
“An officer grabbed me from my shirt and took me into the head office and ordered me to carry a heavy metal chair on my head while lifting one of my legs off the ground. When I refused to do so, the officer slapped me in the face and kicked me with his leg. I did what the officer ordered me for 5 minutes. After that, an officer grabbed me from my shirt again and hit me on my head repeatedly until we reached the investigation room. Officers ordered me to strip naked and face the wall and lift one hand and one foot up. I was kicked every time I tried to put my leg down. An inspector drew a fan on the wall and ordered me to turn it on while another inspector drew a ladder and ordered me to climb it. After that, another offer came and ordered me to crawl on the ground naked and officers proceeded to step on my body and head with their shoes on. I learnt later that I was arrested to pressure my father to turn himself in, as I was released after he was arrested.”
PCHR is not always the most reliable reporter of human rights abuses. One thing is clear, though: accusations of torture by Israel receive screaming world headlines, while accusations of torture by the Palestinian Authority or Hamas get muted.
This story is from Monday yet it has been completely ignored in English.
It was published in two obscure Palestinian news sites in Arabic but no site that has an actual audience.
Of course, neither Human Rights Watch nor Amnesty tweeted about this.
Arabs abusing other Arabs, including children, are simply accepted and condoned by the “progressive” crowd, because admitting that Arabs act worse than Israel does muddies their antisemitic message of “Jews bad, Arabs good.”
