Do something cool with peaches

How about frozen peach daiquiris? Definitely adult and absolutely delicious, we’ve enjoyed the past few nights sipping on these icy drinks. 

I love summer.

Peach daiquiris

3 large, fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and halved or coarsely chopped

3 tablespoons sugar

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1/2 of a juicy lime)

1 ounce peach schnapps liqueur

1/2 cup light rum

3 cups ice

Process all ingredients but ice in blender until smooth. Add the ice and pulse until slushy.
