Feel free to enjoy the perfect mix of sweet and sour grilled chicken and fresh peach ginger sauce. Adding this recipe to your barbecue will make it more fun.
Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 2 tablespoons olive oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 4 ripe peaches, peeled and diced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated. 2 tablespoons honey. 2 tablespoons soy sauce.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika to the chicken breasts after rubbing them with olive oil. Grill the chicken for six to eight minutes on each side, or until it's done. Make the sauce while the chicken is on the grill. Diced peaches, cilantro, ginger, honey, and soy sauce should all be put in a bowl together. To make the mixture smooth, use a blender or food processor. When the chicken is done, put a lot of the fresh peach ginger sauce on top of it and serve it hot.
