Ahin made her comeback in the acting industry with the awaited horror film 'The Hills Have Eyes". Ahin stars as the main lead, Minyoung, A seductive psycho killer with the smile of the innocent. The movie surrounds the victims of the Seoul walkers case, Witnesses have claimed victims would walk to a home out in the country and never come out. “E.D, are you sure you don’t want us to join you? Isn’t it scary in a theater all alone?” Rosé and Lisa spoke through the phone.
“Scary? This is the best time to go to the theater, and you guys didn’t even want to see this movie.”
“But you’re all alone.” Rosé pouted at her screen.
“No, I’m sure there’s someone watching from the projector room with me.”
“Eden,” Lisa whined at her sarcasm, knowing she’d do anything to have the theater to herself.
Eden nearly lost her popcorn and phone as she saw someone’s head become visible from the stairs. Despite her elaborate plan and scheduling, of course someone would have to come at the same time as her.
“Abort mission, it’s starting.” She whispered, puckering her lips at them before hanging up, staring at her phone in hopes of blocking out the person. She prayed he wouldn’t sit anywhere remotely close to her. Agitation built in her as they chose her aisle, walking through the thin opening.
“Is this seat taken?” She looked up from her phone, coming face to face with a man. He wasn’t at all intimidating like most people Eden’s has run-ins with. His voice was rather inviting.
“Not at all, go ahead” She watched him place his drink in the holder and sit down. He had a box of candies instead of buttery popcorn.
“Sorry, I feel like it would’ve been awkward if I sat in any other row.” He smiled nervously, “Did you plan on being the only one here?”
“I did, but it’s okay! Seeing a movie at the theater is fun in itself.”
“We’re in the same boat then.”
She grinned, taking a handful of the greasy popcorn and trying not to make a mess. She glanced over at him checking his phone, swiping up to exit all his apps. He liked to save his battery.
“I’m Eden.” She shared the popcorn between the two of them, being met with a nervous laugh.
“I know,” He chuckled, thanking her while taking a tiny portion of popcorn and shoving it into his mouth. He made sure to chew and swallow the food before speaking. “Seokmin.”
“Of course you know.” She slapped herself with her hand. “You look way too handsome to be just any citizen.”
“Seventeen? Does dokyeom ring a bell?” He pursed his lips, growing shy, hoping that she would at least recognize his group.
“Ahh yes!” She snapped her fingers when finally familiarizing herself with him.
“Do you usually come to the movies by yourself?” He wondered why such a pretty and busy girl like her was in the theater by herself.
“I just like seeing stuff by myself. My members don’t like most of the things I want to see. Other times they just make complete fools of themselves. It makes the experience more memorable when I’m here by myself.”
He shrugged his shoulders, nodding his head and scooping more popcorn. “Makes sense. Did I perhaps ruin your movie night?”
Eden shook her head, grunting while turning in her seat, “You have as much right as I do to be here. Maybe you can be my movie buddy now.”
He giggled, a shade of crimson fading onto his cheeks. “I will watch almost anything. But if it’s horror, I will need a blanket and cuddles.”
She slapped his shoulder, laughing with him before the lights in the room dimmed. She snorted before bringing her finger to her lips, indicating them to be quiet.
“It’s starting.” She whispered.
“I will shut up now.” He sat back in the chair before grabbing another handful of the popcorn.
“You don’t have to.” Eden reassured him, speaking slightly above a whisper.
“Didn’t you say you just liked to watch the movie with no distractions, with your undivided attention?”
She shrugged, letting out a hum before turning to him. “You’re the exception.”
✥﹤SQUARED MV AESTHETICS﹥✥
the mv begins with a handful of shots thrown together: scenes of tarnished areas succumbing to dust and darkness, hallways illuminated by blinding shafts of light, spaces abandoned with only the remnants of whatever past life occupied it.
the members are seen trudging through these spaces, looking for something while being just as lost themselves. their footsteps echo against the stark silence. all the while, the scenes are seen through a screen of sorts.
the music starts and the members are running.
they're all alone, thrown into chaos that they're desperately trying to escape.
caeli starts off the song with a lyrical rap, while a frantic heartbeat thrummed faintly along. the scenes showed her hiding in the shadows of an old tunnel.
the camera cuts to khione and ember next. they're shown eyeing each other warily, exchanging lyrics like banter before ember notices something behind khione and starts running.
terra was in a secluded room full of screens; shown to have been watching them all along. his eyes flit between the screens, only for his expression to drop when the displays change to footage of him in that room. he glares at the camera before running.
the group is then performing in one of the old chambers. the place is now ignited in flames, fire lapping at the edges of the room. the scenes flit between their choreography and shots of their solo parts. the music swells with the pace of the members quickening, worry painted on their faces as they keep watch over their shoulder.
the song pauses, with their scenes flickering out and replaced with a now-empty screen. the bridge plays and the screen displays newer shots; different from the ones before.
you could tell they were the members, except here they were shown in regal settings with various things symbolising their power. terra and ember shared the bridge, singing about this perfect future they're trying to run to.
in the final chorus, the members aren't running anymore. their facing the chasers head on, making a move that changes the outcome of the story.

Earlier today, Vulkan Entertainment announced something none of us were expecting. At around 10am today, they announced the news that they will be making additions to their debuted sibling group Caeli et Terra. See their original, translated statement below:
Hello, this is Vulkan Entertainment.
To all Chronos following in the journey of Caeli and Terra, we are excited to announce that the duo will be rebranded into a group with the addition of two new members.
We are sure that fans have anticipated- and expected- more content from the duo following their debut. The company has spent this time discussing the idea of welcoming additions to their act.
The Kim Sisters were originally set to debut as a separate duo. However, due to the success of Tiara's release and a few internal factors, we have decided to rebrand Caeli and Terra as a four-member group named EVER, along with Seungra and Seulra.
The group has been avidly preparing content for their comeback and are relying on the Chronos' support. We hope that you all will continue to support EVER's future endeavors.
Caeli and Terra debuted earlier this year with the EP titled BREAK: with the title track of the same name. The duo had a quite successful debut and their fans have been waiting for a comeback for several months now.
A few months after the two debuted, however, Vulkan Entertainment dropped a new song for their Forge Project without warning. Kim Seungra and Kim Seulra dropped the single ‘Tiara’ on July 21st. The two pairs of siblings then joined forces on the Forge just weeks back to release their song: Squared.
Fans are giving mixed reactions to the sudden announcement. Many are giving them their warm welcomes, praising their chemistry and skill on the release of the new song. Others are mostly confused and the rest have expressed their disdain towards the out-of-the-blue additions.

there was a sort of... chaotic beauty in the mv's aesthetic
this was reflected in the song itself with its cacophony of sounds merged into melodies that captured Elixir's colour perfectly
with the magic, melody, mess and the scenes threaded seamlessly together
Elixir delivered their message: this was going to be their world, and they have only shown a sliver of their potential
