My man’s favorite pie was pecan until I made him both a pecan one and a peanut one and he said he thinks he likes the peanut one better but wasn’t 100% sure and he also told me the southern way of making pecan pie is to add crushed pecans to the gooey part so I thought why not combine them! I crushed peanuts and added them to the gooey part then picked out the best looking pecans and arranged them on top, don’t know how it tastes yet cause it just came out the oven and he’s probably not off work til 2-3am but it smells super yummy 🥧😊
