Ingredients: 2 cups shredded cabbage. 1 cup shredded carrots. 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. 1/4 cup chopped peanuts. 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari. 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter. 1 tablespoon rice vinegar. 1 tablespoon lime juice. 1 clove garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes.
