[ i’m scared to go to my next reptile expo because i’m always so tempted to pick up something new and i already have enough scaled friends ]

same. i have like four snakes and two geckos before the gargoyles and today i was going with the intent to set up a new tank for one of the geckos. (cheaper supplies at an expo than your chain petstores that bleed you dry)

come home with two gargoyles instead. (theyre so much bigger than my crested oh heck but they were a lizard i wanted for such a long time)

Spock did not feel hindering emotions such as worry, but he was concerned when he’d found Drowzee’s pokeball empty one day. He only took Drowzee out for a few hours a day, but perhaps that wasn't enough, and now the pokemon had run away in protest. Spock would be sad about it if he could feel that. 

He knew he had to find it, before it used it’s newly acquired hypnosis powers on unsuspecting people. It would be dangerous for someone to fall asleep while driving or crossing the street.

Spock went back to some of their favorite places for training, and felt his heart leap when he saw Drowzee sniffing around in the park. As he approached the pokemon, he saw it wasn’t alone. Pearl looked very relaxed, and unaware that she was facing a potentially dangerous creature that could put her to sleep within seconds.

He did not want to startle either of them, so he approached slowly. Perhaps too slow.
